Acknowledging the positive contributions of intellectuals and scientists for the development and building of our country, a New Year meeting was held for intellectuals and scientists at The Central Committee Office of the Communist Party on February 5, 2013.

Welcoming intellectuals and scientist was Mr. Le Hong Anh, Member of the Politburo of the Party's Central Committee, Permanent Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee.
