On the morning of December 7th, 2015, the 9th National Patriotic Emulation Congress with the theme “Solidarity, creativity and emulation for national construction and protection” was solemnly held at the National Congress Center - Hanoi. Honorably attending the Congress were leaders of the Party, State, National Assembly, Government, Vietnam Fatherland Front, leaders of the Ministries, central sectors and branches, and localities nationwide.
The 9th National Patriotic Emulation Congress is a significant milestone to mark a new development on the basis of continuation and promotion of fine traditions, achievements and results obtained over the last 67 years. This is also the time and opportunity to praise and honor labor heroes, emulation soldiers, front-rank collectives and individuals, typical individuals and emulation factors all over the country.

Attending this Congress, Doctor-Pharmacist Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tram - Director of Thien Duoc Limited Company - the scientist who won the State Award in 2010 was honorably introduced to participate in the Presidium of the Congress by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Doctor - Pharmacist Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tram is known as the queen of the research works on the herbal plant Crinum latifolium L., and Thien Duoc limited company is her brain-child helping her to bring these research works into practice. Despite her age, she is still full of passion for research and ceaselessly hard-working with a wish that she can create more and more effective and high quality medicinal products from Vietnamese herbs, contributing to the improvement of people’s health, enhancing people’s life quality, and bringing trust and health to the community.

Continuing to promote the national spirit and responding to the national patriotic emulation movement, Doctor - Pharmacist Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tram and Thien Duoc limited company will ceaselessly do our utmost to develop and apply scientific research into production in order to produce more high quality medicinal herbal products not only to serve domestic demand but also to be able to conquer the world markets, helping to assert the development of our country’s medicine, contributing to the successful fulfilment of objectives and tasks of socio-economic development in the period of 2016-2020.
